SRINAGAR, May 23: Eidul Fitre will be celebrated in Kashmir tomorrow as the moon of Shawal, a month in Islamic calender, was sighted this evening.
Sighting of moon marks the culmination of holy month of Ramzan during which Muslims observe fast.
However, Eid will be celebrated in New Delhi and other parts of the country on Monday as the Shawal moon was not sighted there.
Pakistan will also celebrate Eid tomorrow as the Shawal moon was sighted there this evening.
Saudi Arabia and other arab countries will aldo celebrate eid tomorrow. However, Bangladesh will celebrate Eid on Monday.
