Retired IGP harassing SC community through police officials posted in R S Pura to encroach their allotted land illegally

JAMMU, June 30: While in police department Kamal Saini son of Bishan Bhagat Saini of 214 and 215, Sector-A, Sainik Colony, has been notorious in encroaching government as well as private land across Jammu district. But after retirement this passion of encroachment has increased to such a level that now he has started uprooting Schedule caste bastis Nihalpur Simbal, mohalls and communities to grab the land too with the support and help of police officials in service at Miran Sahib and Kullain.
Victims the residents of Nihalpur Schedule Caste Basti, Tehsil R S Pura, Jammu namely Yograj and Bodh Raj Sons of Sain Dass, vide communication No: CH/PQ-40/Jammu/2020/ 16240 dated 29-06-2020 submitted that they are residents in the above said schedule cast basti situated Nihal Pur, Simbal, R S Pura, Jammu. They have started constructing boundary wall around their house but without any reason Satvinder Saini wife of Kamal Saini and Kamal himself abused the entire population and registered FIR against them in concerned police station with the help of SHO and I/C police station Miran Sahib.
Victims submitted that encroachers have already various educational institutions there and they have already encroached the land of Railways and have constructed boundary wall and gate in the backside of their complex i.e. Stephen's Complex and now they want construct diversion road of about 25' width through our land which is already in their occupation and harass victims with the support local police as the former was a retired Police Officer of the rank of IGP and have even got lodged a false, fake and fabricated FIR against them in the Police Station Miran Sahib. Jammu under FIR No. 106/2020 dated 29.06.2020 under sections 447 and 188 I.P.C. with the connivance of the local Police officers including SHO, P/S Miran Sahib and I/C PP. Kullian R S Pura, Jammu without any fault of theirs as they have raised the construction of boundary walls in their own allotted land. Not satisfied with lodging FIR against the applicants, the above persons Satvinder Saini wife of Kamal Saini, Reid IGP and Katmai Saini S/o Bishan Bhagat Saini R/o 214 and 215, Sector-A, Sainik Colony, Jammu having influence in the Police are using their influence to harass victims through Police and have made their life misery. Even victims have approached the Sub Divisional Magistrate, R S Pura, on 15.06.2020 and submitted an application to him, who after going through the facts endorsed the said application to SHO, P/S Miran Sahib with directions to take immediate action under law against the defaulter but instead of taking action against the above said persons, lodged a false and fake FIR against the applicants in his Police Station with connivance of the above retired officer of the Police Depart and police started to harass victims without any reasons.
Victims also submitted CDs and other related documents authenticating how they were abused, harassed and tortured by local police in connivance with Kamal Saini. Keeping in view the above facts they requested for withdrawal FIR No. 106/2020 u/s 447 and 188 IPC registered against the applicants in P/S Miran Sahib, Jammu, which is fake a frivolous and have no base thus may kindly be got cancelled and action should be taken against the concerned Police officers and above said persons namely Kamal Sam and Satvinder Saini.
