NEW DELHI, Oct 16: The Supreme Court on Friday clubbed all petitions of the travel agents from Mumbai on the Haj pilgrimage next year for hearing on November 27, after the Centre's additional solicitor general N Venkataraman said its counter-affidavit filed on October 8 is a common affidavit in all Haj-related petitions.
The Bench of Justices A M Khanwilkar and B R Gavai gave time to all petitioners to file rejoinder affidavit on or before November 24 to facilitate their inclusion in the next hearing.
