Prosecution filed in Red Sanders smuggling, Yes Bank loan fraud

NEW DELHI, April 1: The Enforcement Directorate on Thursday tweeted that it has filed prosecution complaint in the case of smuggling of red sandars against Anil Gadodia of Delhi, Rameshwar Sharma, Proprietor of M/s Eurro Export, Jaipur, Yodying-Thai National and Mayur Ranjan.
It also filed a prosecution complaint against Babulal Varma, Kamal kishore Gupta, Sachin Joshi and others in Yes Bank loan fraud case.
In yet another Barmer crude oil theft case, ED attached both movable and immoval assets worth Rs. 57.30 lakh of Bhoor Singh, Pancharam, Sreejith R, Rewtaram, Piraram, Mehraram, SataramDudi and Omprakash Bishnoi.
