Wahab Riaz urges fans to pray for his daughter's early recovery

MUMBAI, Sep 23: Wahab Riaz, the Pakistani pace-bowler has urged his fans to pray for his daughter's speedy recovery.
Eshal, the 35-day prematured baby has been in Lahore's Mid city hospital ever since the bowler returned from Sri Lanka tour three weeks ago.
Wahab, now in Hyderabad playing Champions League matches for Lahore Lions, refused to share the details of his daughter's illness.
"He has been very upset as this is also his first child in the family", the team manager Shafiq Ahmed Papa" said from Hyderabad. "What could he have done by remaining in Lahore ? He has been in regular contacts with the doctor and his wife (Zainab)", the team manager explained.
Wahab married to Zainab Chaudhary two years ago.
"Their daughter has Hirschsprung's disease (HD)", the pediatrician (Dr. Sameeh Karamat) said exclusively over telephone from the hospital.
HD is a disorder of the abdomen that occurs when large intestine or antecedent parts of the gastrointestinal tract have no ganglion cells and unable to function.
"The daughter is in the hospital's ICU and will remain here for few more days. No immediate plan to give her discharge", the doctor added.
The surgery was recently performed on this baby girl when the bowler had tweeted : "ALLAH ka shukar ha operation is successful. Bas keep praying tht she recover well nw. Plz keep Eshal in ur prayers".
"Plz do pray for my little girl Eshal. As she has to go through an operation to night. Plz pray for her lyf n health . Its a request plz", he had said last week.
The bowler had also urged fans to donate O positive blood for his critically sicked daughter.
