DDC seeks complete report of damaged structures

BARAMULLA, Oct 10 :A meeting of concerned officers was held under the chairmanship of DDC Baramulla, Dr. Farooq Ahmad Lone, here today.
The meeting discussed various issues and reviewed the progress made under SDRF norms in the District. The concerned officers on the occasion were directed to furnish complete details regarding the damaged residential structures, both Pucca and Kaccha houses with all types of damages including full damaged structures, partially and severely. Moreover, the damages caused of cowsheds and huts were also discussed during the meeting.
The DD directed the concerned that the said report be furnished to his office by evening today. He directed the concerned Tehsildars to be prepared to look after the free ration distribution in the upcoming days.
The meeting was informed that 214 houses, both Pucca and Kaccha were fully damaged, 3834 Pucca and Kaccha houses damages severely and partially besides 300 structures like cowsheds and huts also damaged due to devastating floods in the District.
Among others, ADC Baramulla, ACR Baramulla, SDMs and all Tehsildars attended the meeting.
