Rijiju to visit J&K on Apr 8

JAMMU, Apr 6: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Kirin Rijiju will review the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir along with top Army and police officers during his visit to the state on April 8.
Sources told that that besides the review of security situation of J&K the Union Minister of State for Home, Kiren Rijiju will also held a high level meeting with the J&K government officers to review the relief rehabilitation efforts in Kashmir region in the wake of the floods in the state.
Official sources said that soon after reaching Kashmir, MoS Home is also likely to visit various areas along the Line of Actual Control to take stock of the preparedness of the security forces.
