Guv prorogues both Houses of J&K Legislature

JAMMU, Apr 20: Governor N N Vohra Monday issued orders to prorogue both Houses of the State Legislature.
The Governor issued orders in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Section 53 of the State Constitution.
