Anantnag T-20 Cricket Champions League -2015 begins

SRINAGAR, Apr 24: Anantnag T-20 Cricket Champions League -2015 was today inaugurated by SSP Anantnag Sh. Abdul Jabbar in Anantnag.
Anantnag T-20 Cricket Champions League -2015 organized by J&K police under the Civic Action Programme was today inaugurated by Abdul Jabbar, Superintendent of Police District Anantnag at Government Degree College Boys. 103 Cricket teams across the District Anantnag are participating in the tournament. The tournament is being organized to promote sports activities in the District.
The tournament is being played on four venues including Government Degree College Boys Anantnag, Sports Stadium Mattan, Nanil & Dialgam. The inaugural match was played between Islamia Cricket Club Anantnag and Kashmir Sports Bijbehara.
The inaugural function was attended by large gathering of public. The participants and the public appreciated the role of Police in organizing such kind of sports activities.
