SKCC Doda registers win over RCCC Doda by 31 runs

DODA, May 21: Super Kings Cricket Club (SKCC) Doda registers win over Royal Challengers Cricket Club (RCCC) Doda by 31 runs in the ongoing All India 11th Gufran Memorial T20 Cricket Championship 2015 played at Sports Stadium Doda.
The tournament is being organized by Young Star Cricket Club Doda and sponsored by Rashtriya Rifles Bn Doda, J&K Bank and Natnoo Furnishing House Doda.
Earlier after winning the toss first, SKCC Doda elected to bat first. Batting first, SKCC Doda set a target of 111 runs for the loss of seven wickets in 15 overs. Mohinder was the highest scorer from SKCC Doda who scored 37 runs while Saqib contributed 26 runs for the team. From RCCC Doda Shahbaz clinched 02 wickets while Jaffer and Zahid shared 01 wicket each.
In reply, RCCC Doda failed to chase down the target and scored only 80 runs for the loss of all their wickets in 14 overs. Shakir was the highest scorer from RCCC Doda who scored 30 runs while Ishfaq contributed 11 runs for their team, while from SKCC Doda, Davinder was the most successful bowler who clinched 05 wickets while Yasir Dar took 02 wickets.
Later on Davinder of SKCC Doda was declared as Man of the Match for his best all round performance.
The match was officiated by Munish Jotshi, Ayush Sharma as Umpires where Salinder Singh Bhaduria acted as Scorer.
