Pak prisoner dies in hospital

JAMMU, Nov 19: A 75-year-old Pakistani prisoner died after prolonged illness at a government hospital in the city, today.
Police said that Pakistani prisoner Mohammad Ashraf a resident of Lahore died due to illness at Government Medical College (GMC) hospital here today. He was admitted to the hospital for over a month, police added.
Ashraf was arrested in 2006 at the border in RS Pura sector of Jammu district along with 24 kg of heroin.
He was suffering from kidney ailment and was shifted to the hospital last month.
