Mismanaged CGHS dispensaries in Delhi

Dear Editor,
There are reports that staff-deployment at CGHS (Central Government Health Services) dispensaries in Delhi is highly mismanaged. While X-ray machines at some dispensaries are not operational because of non-availability of technical-staff there, there are dispensaries (polyclinics) from where X-ray machines are not now operated, but technical-staff earlier deployed there continues to be there with no work.
CGHS should look into such big irregularity about staff-deployment for proper utilisation of CGHS staff and equipments especially technical staff and equipments related with X-ray operations.
