Suspect held on IB

JAMMU, Dec 3: Security forces today claimed to have arrested a ‘suspect’ who was moving under suspicious circumstances near International Border (IB) in Suchetgarh area of RS Pura sector of Jammu district.
Official reports said that some locals noticed a man moving under suspicious circumstances near International Border (IB) in Suchetgarh area of RS Pura sector, this morning. The immediately informed the Border Security Force (BSF) officers. He was detained and failed to satisfy the BSF authorities during questioning. He was later handed over to police.
He disclosed his identity as Avinash Khagde of Maharashtra.
Police has registered a case and started investigation.
Meanwhile, another suspect appearing to be a mentally unsound man was detained by the police from Sainik School, Rajouri. He was being questioned by the police.
