JCC defats Baramula Club by 9 wks

JAMMU, Mar 21: JCC proves to be better than Baramula Cricket Club Kashmir Defeat them by 9 wickets in the 1st State Level Chief Minister's Cup 50 over Cricket tournament being organized at Country Cricket Academy Gharota.
Earlier, restrict Baramula Cricket Club Kashmir to 110 runs who opted to bat after winning the toss. Rohit was spectacular with 10 overs for 17 runs and 5 prized wickets. Deepak Dogra felled 3 giving 22 runs in 9.3 overs. JCC Achieved the target in 16 overs.
Sahil Mohtra from JCC scored a 50 not out studded with 7 fours and 1 six. Gurupratap made 40 not out Mujeeb from Baramula was the lone wicket taker who claimed Jasvinder Singh for 15.
JCC are now in the finals where they are placed against NCC for a contest for a place in finals. On the other hand there is going to be the finalist to be decided in a contest between sports council XI. Simula Cricket Club, UCC Udhampur and Zabarwan Cricket Club Kashmir.
First semifinal between NCC and JCC is scheduled on March 23.
