Inter School Competitions concludes
APS Miran Sahib wins U-17 boys chess title
JAMMU, Apr 18: Inter School District Level Competitions of District Jammu in the disciplines of Badminton Chess, Table Tennis & Carrom U-14 & U-17 yrs Boys concluded today at MA Stadium Indoor Complex here.

The competitions were organized by Deptt of Youth Services and Sports Distt. Jammu under the Chairmanship of Madan Lal Jt. Director Youth Services & Sports Jammu and under the overall supervision of Sukhdev Raj Sharma DYSSO Jammu.

Meanwhile the Inter School District Level Competitions of District Jammu in the disciplines of Badminton Chess, Table Tennis & Carrom U-14 & U-17 yrs for Girls will commence from tomorrow at M.A Stadium Indoor Complex Jammu.

The details: Chess U-17 Boys (Final): 1st Final Amanjot Singh of APS Miran Sahib beat Keshav of Maharishi Vidya Mandir. The matches were officiated by Raman Kumar, & Nitin Sethi

Badminton U-14 Boys (Final): JK Public School beat SOS by 2-0 set Single : Vidhan of JK Public beat Tushar of SOS. Double: Vidhan & Abhay beat Tushar & Dhrub

Badminton U-17 Boys (Final): BSF Paloura beat SOS by 2-0 set. Single : Sidhant of BSF Paloura bear Vineet of SOS. Double: Sidhant & Aman beat Vineet & Ayuesh.

Carrom U-17 Boys Doubles final: GHS Channi Himmat beat APS Domana. Tanish & Rohit beat Shubam & Tarun.

Carrom U-17 Boys Single final: Manmohit Singh of BSF Paloura beat Aditya Kumar of APS Domana Carrom U-14 Boys Double final: Aqib Mustaq & Preet Singh of APS Sunjwan beat Vishwas & Akshay of SOS. The matches were officiated by Kamal Singh, Seema mehra and Mayank Jain

Table Tennis U-14 Boys (Final): Jodhamal Public School beat KC Public School by 3-1 set.

Table Tennis U-17 Boys (Final) KC Public School beat GD Goenka by 3-2 set. The matches were officiated by Sandeep & Pourav Sharma, Neeru Jabalia & Rainder Singh.
