Sheetal Lakhotra wins U-14 girls Carrom title

JAMMU, Apr 20: Inter School District Level Competitions of District Jammu in the disciplines of Badminton Chess, Table Tennis & Carrom U-14 & U-17 yrs Girls concludes today at MA Stadium Indoor Complex Jammu.

The competitions were organized by Deptt. of Youth Services and Sports Distt. Jammu under the Chairmanship of Madan Lal Jt. Director Youth Services & Sports Jammu and under the overall supervision of Sukhdev Raj Sharma DYSSO Jammu.

The details: Carrom U-14 Girls Single final: Sheetal Lakhotra of GGHS Sohanjana ; Avintika of SOS.

Carrom U-14 Girls Double final: Krutika & Vanishika of DBN Amarvilla ; Gazal & Priyanka of Wazir Janki Nath.

Carrom U-17 Girls Single final: Sukhpreet of BSF Paloura; Vanishka of St. Frances Akhnoor.

Carrom U-17 Girls Double final: Sofia & Kamakshi of HSS Canal Road; Mamta & Riya of GGHS Sohanjana.

Badminton U-14 Girls (Final): Heritage beat DPS by 2-0 set. Singles : Pranjal beat Ananiya; Double - Pranjal & Suhani beat Krishika & Ritika.

Badminton U-17 Girls (Final): JK Public School beat APS Domana by 2-1 set. Single : Harsita beat Nupur; Double: Niddi & Nupur beat Harista & Sakshi; Reverse Single : Kanishka beat sonakshi

Table Tennis U-14 Girls (Final): DPS beat GD Goenka by 3-2 set.

Table Tennis U-17 Girls (Final): Presentation Convent beat GD Goenka by 3-2 set.

Chess U-14 Girls Final: Bhavna of APS Sunjwan and Samridhi of APS Miran Sahib.

Chess U -17 Girls Final: Rishi of BSF Paloura and Isha of APS Miran Sahib.
