Restrictions in parts of Srinagar today

SRINAGAR, Jun 16: Restrictions will be imposed in jurisdictions of five police stations tomorrow.

Deputy Magistrate, Srinagar, Farooq Ahmad Lone said restrictions under Section 144 will be imposed in Khanyar, Rainawari, Nowhatta, Safakadal and MR Gunj police stations.

The announcement follows the shutdown call by separatists against civilian killings in Rangreth in Budgam and in Arwani, Anantnag.

Yasin arrested again, lodged in central jail
SRINAGAR, Jun 16: JKLF chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik along with a senior party member Ghulam Mohammad Dar was arrested by police today. Reports said that they were arrested when police raided JKLF office at Abi Guzar Srinagar just before Friday prayers. They were lodged in Kothibagh police station and later shifted to central jail Srinagar on judicial remand till June 19. Before his arrest, JKLF chairman while talking to media said that innocent killings in Kashmir are continuing unabated
