NEW DELHI, Sep 10 (Agencies): Search operations resume on Sunday at the Dera Sacha Sauda headquarters near Haryana's Sirsa, amid heavy security deployment in the surrounding areas.

Earlier on Saturday, a tunnel and a passageway connecting Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh's quarters to the hostel of his female disciples were unearthed.

The sanitisation process, which was initiated on the orders of Punjab and Haryana High Court concluded at 6:30 pm.

Earlier in the day, the search revealed an illegal factory inside the premises. An empty box of AK 47 cartridges, 84 cartons of fire crackers and chemicals from the illegal factory, besides hundreds of pairs of shoes, designer clothing and caps, were also found.

A set of walkie-talkies and unlabelled medicines were also recovered from the Dera campus.

A skin bank, identified inside the Dera, was also immediately sealed on Saturday. "During search today our health dept team searched hospital running inside the Dera premises," Deputy Director of Haryana PR (Public Relation) Dept Satish Mehra told agencies. He further added, "No record of the dead bodies being sent out of here (hospital in Sirsa's Dera) has been maintained."

Two minors were rescued on the same day, one is from Uttar Pradesh and the other is from Kaithal. They have been handed over to the district child protection officer.

Meanwhile, a case has been registered against the Dera, said Mehra.
