AAA Degree College Bemina defeats lifts football Championship

SRINAGAR, Oct 9: In the on-going Sports festival of the Cluster University Srinagar Abdul Ahad Azad (AAA) Memorial Degree College, Bemina lifted the football championship by defeating AS College, Srinagar in tie-breaker while as AS College Srinagar defeated AAA Memorial Degree College, Bemina by winning the Volleyball final.

AAA Memorial Degree College Bemina lifted the Kabadi trophy by defeating AS College, Srinagar and Mehdi and Mehraj-ud-Din were adjudged as the best Kabadi players of the tournament.

In an exciting final SP College Girls defeated the Govt. College for Women Girls in the Kho-Kho final while as the Women College MA Road, Srinagar defeated SP College, Srinagar by winning the Badminton final. AS College, Srinagar added another feather to its cap by defeating SP College, Srinagar in the Men’s final of the badminton.

On the final day of the tournament, SP College, Srinagar and Women College, MA Road, Srinagar shall be fighting for honours in the Women’s Cricket final while as AS College, Srinagar and SP College, Srinagar shall be competing for the trophy in the Men’s Cricket final.

The Tug of war final in the Girls section is also scheduled for the final day on Tuesday.

The Sports festival shall culminate on by Tuesday on tomorrow with the prize distribution ceremony scheduled to be held at Government College for Women, MA Road, Srinagar.
