Mehbooba, Omar seek strict action

SRINAGAR, Dec 10: Chief minister Mehbooba Mufti today said she was appalled at what happened with Kashmiri girl and Dangal star Zaira Wasim.
She also sought “strict action” against the accused.
“Any harassment/crime against women shld be dealt with swiftly & effectively. As a mother of 2 daughters I am appalled at what happened with @zairawasimz. Hope the relevant authorities take strict action @airvistara @Ashok_Gajapathi @jayantsinha,” tweeted Mehbooba.
Earlier, former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah demanded legal action against an unidentified man accused of molesting "Dangal" actress Zaira Wasim on board a Delhi-Mumbai flight.
"The passenger should be identified to the police by @airvistara & a case filed for legal action. None of this 'he fell at my feet so I forgive him' rubbish!" he wrote on Twitter.
