J&K team leaves for National level “Power-20 cricket championship

JAMMU, Dec 15: A sixteen members contingent of J&K has left participation in National level “Power-20 cricket championship” to be held at Kashipur in Utrakhand).
The team was flagged off by RS Chib, former minister, youth services and sports J&K, in presence of Kuljeet Singh Jamwal, president J&K Power-20-cricket Association, Bharat Bhushan Sharma, chief patron and a renowned golfer, Nitin Jamwal, Daya Ram and Kunal Chib president power lifting association, J&K.
Ajay Sharma will accompany the team as coach and the other members will be Arin Sharma, Irfan Choudhary, Tarandeep Singh, Jayadev Singh, Arjun Singh, Raghav Gupta, Rahul Kumar, Sahil, Shahban Malik, Keshav Sharma, Akardan, Fahim Mirza, Rishab Pangotra and Diksan
Speaking on the occasion, RS Chib, while wishing them a great success in the Tournament said that it is important for every young boy and girl to participate in the sports activities, along with their normal academic studies.
Chib, further added that this will help them to become a good citizen, and bring success in their future carriers.
