Two minors, lady injured in Srinagar-Delhi Vistara flight

JAMMU, Apr 8: Two minors and women received minor injuries on Sunday due to massive turbulence in Srinagar-Delhi Vistara plane.
Vistara Flight UK-744 connects Srinagar to Delhi, have made an unpleasant journey for the passengers on board after plane’s left engine witnessed "failure".
Passengers on board Vistara flight on Sunday were told by the captain to that the left engine of the plane had a problem and they are trying to resolve the issue online.
“Hardly, 10 minutes after take-off, the plane started shaking violently and the pilot made an announcement that the left engine of the plane has failed and they are trying to settle it down.” Imtiyaz Ahmad, told. He adds that it was an uncontrollable Aircraft.
“I have been a frequent flyer to Delhi and in my 20 years of travel I have not seen such a devastating situation,” said another passenger.
Passengers on board had to endure heavy shaking just a few minutes after take-off, which left the plane in chaos.
Despite the hue and cry, the pilot managed to continue without stopping. Due to massive shaking in the plane, two minors got injured and one lady was rushed to hospital after landing, a passenger said.
She added that the severe turbulence caused mayhem on board, with belongings, were thrown across the cabin.
However, despite repeated attempts to reach out to the officials at Vistara, the contact couldn’t be established.
