Govt orders minor reshuffle in Adm
JAMMU, May 15: The state government on Tuesday ordered minor reshuffle in state administration.

Mohammad Ashraf Hakak, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Information, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.

Din Mohammad and Aamir Choudhary, Junior Scale KAS Officers of 2011 batch, presently deployed in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj and Hospitality and Protocol respectively in terms of Government Order No. 279-GAD of 2018 dated 20.02.2018, have been placed at the disposal of Tribal Affairs Department.

The officers will undergo requisite rotational postings upon their repatriation from the Tribal Affairs Department, the order reads.

Owais Ahmed, IAS(JK:2014), Additional Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, has been transferred and posted as Director, Tribal Affairs, J&K, vice Mohammad Rafi.

Mohammad Rafi, KAS, Director, Tribal Affairs, J&K has been transferred and posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Srinagar, against an available vacancy.

Mohammad Akbar Bhat, KAS, Deputy Secretary to the Government, School Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Assistant to the Minister for Agriculture Production.

Meanwhile, the state government has accorded sanction for to the placement of the Section Officers of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service as In-charge Under Secretaries, in their own pay and grade, with charge allowance as admissible under rules, for a period of six months or till the available vacancies in J&K Secretariat (G) Service-I.

Those who were promoted as incharge under secretaries included Ghulam Mohi ud Din, Braham Raj, Rajinder Singh, Arifa Ashraf, Mohammad Iqbal Lone, Surjeet Singh, Sanjeev Kumar, Mohammad Shabir Ahmad Baba, Imtiyaz Ahmad Wani, Rehmat-Ullah and Ghulam Rasool Mir.
