Omar grieved over Siyarh Baba deaths

SRINAGAR, Jul 15: National Conference (NC) vice president and former chief minister Omar Abdullah today expressed deep grief and shock over the death of several persons in a landslide incident at Siyarh Baba in Reasi district of the Jammu region.
“My heart goes out to all those who lost their dear ones in the tragic incident,” Omar Abdullah said and conveyed his condolences to the bereaved families. He also prayed for peace to the departed souls and strength to bereaved families for bearing their irreparable loss. He wished immediate recovery to the injured.
Provincial president Jammu Devender Singh Rana also expressed grief over the deaths and prayed for peace to the departed souls. He conveyed his condolences to the bereaved families.
Rana also spoke to senior officers in the administration and sought specialized treatment of all those injured.
