16 army men injured in accident

SRINAGAR, Oct 6: Sixteen army men were injured in a road accident in Kanipora village of Shopian district on Saturday.
Reports said that the truck carrying army men of 23 para regiment skidded off the road near the Kanipora village this morning, resulting in injuries to 16 soldiers.
Reports said that all the injured soldiers were shifted to the nearby hospital for treatment.
Five among them were critically injured and were referred to the 92 base military hospital Badamibagh, Srinagar for specialised treatment, they said.
