Judiciary’s failure

Dear Editor
This is a failure of our judiciary system that a person who was accused of murder when he was fifteen years old, got the judgement and sentence after waiting for 38 years when he became 53-year-old. He was the oldest "juvenile" in the court. And it is also note worthy that the kind of punishment he has been given, is first of its kind, rather a cruelty, because the accused is sentenced to clean the district government hospital and postmortem house in Pilibhit without any payment, holiday or lunch break for three years. This is injustice. I appeal the Supreme Court to make an strategy to solve the cases as soon as possible and provide him justice.
