SRINAGAR, Feb 10: Even as the weather conditions have improved in Kashmir, the weatherman today predicted fresh spell of rain and snow from February 13.
Sonam Lotus, head of the Met department today tweeted," Expect another spell of rain in plain and snowfall on higher reaches of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh during February 13 to 15. This spell will be of lower intensity and snow accumulation than the previous one."
