4 Uri civilians injured in shelling

SRINAGAR, Mar 10: Four civilian were injured during exchange of shelling between troops of India and Pakistan in Uri sector today.
An official said the civilians, Riyaz Ahmed Kathana, Meena Begum, Asif Ahmad and Ishtiyak Ahmad sustained injuries in Kamalkote area along line of control (LoC) in Uri
He said Pakistani army in violation of ceasefire targeted Indian army’s posts besides civilian population resulting in injuries to the civilian.
Earlier a residential house was damaged after a shell landed in the residential area at Batar Jabda Kamalkote.
When reports last came in, the intermittent exchange of cross-border firing was going on.
