Woman dies, 2 hurt in Poonch accident

POONCH, Apr 23: A woman died while two other passengers were injured in a road accident at Bandi Kamakhan area in Mandi tehsil of Poonch district this evening.
Police said a Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK 12 4520 met with an accident in Bandi Kamakhan village of Mandi tehsil in which a woman died while two other persons were injured. The deceased was identified as Majieeda Begum, wife of Abdul Salam resident of Bandi Kama Khan. Abdul Salam son of Abdul Aziz resident of Bandi Kamakhan Poonch and Jamal Din son of Mohammed Din Gujjar, also resident of Bandi Kamakhan were injured in the mishap.
The injured were shifted to sub-district hospital Poonch for treatment.
