Minor reshuffle in police, Civil Administration

JAMMU, July 9: The Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered transfers and postings in the Civil and Police Departments today.
Sulaiman Salaria, IPS (JK: 1994), Director, SKPA, Udhampur, has been transferred and posted as ADGP, SHRC. The post of IGP SHRC shall be operated at the level of ADGP till it is held by Sulaiman Salaria.
Dr S D Singh, IPS (JK: 1995) IGP, (CIV), PHQ, has been transferred and posted as Director, SKPA, Udhampur, vice Sulaiman Salaria.
Mukesh Singh, IPS (JK: 1996), upon his repatriation from Central Deputation has been posted as IGP, Crime, J&K, vice Syed Ahfadul Mujtaba.
Syed Ahfadul Mujtaba, IPS (JK: 1998), IGP, Crime, J&K, has been transferred and posted as MD, J&K, Police Housing Corporation, against an available vacancy.
Shailender Singh, JKPS (1999), AIG (Buildings), PHQ, has been transferred and posted as SSP, Crime, Jammu, against an available vacancy.
Rayees Mohammad Bhat, IPS, AIG (Tech), shall hold the charge of the post of AIG (Buildings), PHQ, in addition to his duties, till further orders.
Earlier, Navin Kumar Choudhary, Principal Secretary to Government, Industries and Commerce Department, shall hold the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Tourism Department, in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Rigzian Sampheal, Commissioner Secretary to Government, Tourism Department, holding additional charge of Ladakh Affairs Department and Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens, is posted as Commissioner Secretary to the Government Ladakh Affairs Department.
Sampheal shall hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Information Technology Department and Chief Executive Officer, JaKeGA, relieving Navin Kumar Choudhary of the additional charge of the posts. He shall also hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Science and Technology Department in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Prasanna Ramaswamy, awaiting orders of posting in GAD, has been posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department, the order said.
The order said that Sheikh Fayaz Ahmed, Secretary to the Government, Science and Technology Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Department of Floriculture, Parks and Garden, relieving Rigzian Sampheal of the additional charge of the post.
Asif Hamid Khan, MD, JKTDC, has been transferred and posted as Director Libraries, J&K against an available vacancy.
Rehana Batul, DG, Rural Development, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as MD, JKTDC, reads the government order.
