Red-carpet for Bihar CM but no ambulance for great mathematician

Dear Editor,
It is indeed irony of our system where even an ambulance could not be provided for one hour to carry dead body of internationally renowned great mathematician Vashishth Narain Singh in Patna from the hospital while red carpet was unrolled for Bihar Chief Minister when he went to pay homage to departed soul after strong criticism on social media. However Union Minister did try to control the damage done by announcing state-funeral to a really deserving personality making India proud globally.
Bihar Chief Minister should order an enquiry why red carpet was unrolled for him on such a sober occasion. Propriety demands doing away with practice of unrolling red carpet for Indian dignitaries.
