Omar may be shifted Gupkar

SRINAGAR, Jan 15: Former chief minister Omar Abdullah, who is under detention, may be shifted back to a government building close to residence at Gupkar Road tomorrow.
After his detention on August 5, he was lodged in Hari Niwas Building, which was converted into a sub jail. It was not immediately known as to why Omar was shifted back to his residence now where he will be kept under house arrest.
His father and former chief minister Dr Farooq Abdullah too is detained at his Gupkar residence under Public Safety Act (PSA).
Another former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti is under detention in a guest house, converted into a subjail.
