Beig welcomes Jitendra’s statement on domicile rights

JAMMU, Feb 24: Senior leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Muzaffar Hussian Beig on Monday welcomed the statement of Union Minister of State in PMO Dr Jitendra Singh that people of Union Territory will get domicile rights soon.
Beig said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir would get a relief after domicile rights would be given to them. He said, “After abrogation of Article 370A in my first Interview to a Kashmir magazine I told that Jammu and Kashmir should get domicile rights and statehood.”
Beigh said, “If the Government of India grants these two reliefs to the people of Jammu and Kashmir it will give great relief and confidence to the people and will pay for further progress and development in the state.” He expressed a hope that the words of Jitendra Singh would be backed by action.
