MEA for user-friendly experience

Dear Editor,
Union Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) deserves all compliments for making issue of passport so user-friendly that I finally received my renewed passport within just eleven days of applying for the same, with Passport Department giving regular SMS and e-mail alerts on latest update of processing/printing/despatch of the passport. It was on 10.07.2016 when I made on-line request for renewal of my passport with easily getting appointment for verification etc for 18.07.2016. Complete three-tier verification process was over in about an hour with passport despatched on 20.07.2016 by Speed Post finally reaching to me on 21.07.2016.
Passport application-form consists of details of Aadhar-Card, Voter ID and PAN-number. System should be to somehow have permanent linking of passport with PAN number so that Income tax authorities may have an auto-update of any foreign-travel of passport-holder.
