Shashi brings laurels to MAM College

JAMMU, Sept 27: Young mountaineer of the state, Shashi Kant Sharma brought laurels to Government MAM College by successfully scaling Matho Kangri (20,439 ft) peak in Ladakh, recently.
Shashi was appreciated by the Principal of the College, Dr Romesh Chander for the achievement and wished him success in his future endeavours in the field of mountaineering.
This mountaineering expedition to one of the highest and tough peaks of the state was organised by Mountaineering Association of Jammu and Kashmir and sponsored by J&K State Sports Council under Indian Mountaineering Foundation.
