DC launches revamped website of Distt Reasi

REASI, Nov 6: Deputy Commissioner, Reasi, Prasanna Ramaswamy G today launched the new website of District Reasi.
Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner said that such a facility will help the administration in the dissemination of information to the far-flung areas of the hill district. He stressed upon the need to update the website regularly.
The DC also appreciated the role of NIC in developing the website and also encouraged them to develop more innovative products in future.
District Informatics Officer Reasi, Asheesh Kumar Dogra briefed Deputy Commissioner about the benefits of switching to S3WAAS platform.
It was informed that the newly launched website can be easily accessed through smartphones, tablets and desktop computers. The website has been designed with very easy configurable themes.
The revamped website has been developed on new Secure, Scalable and Sugamaya (S3WAAS) service framework, which is a website generation and deployment product hosted on the National Cloud of National Informatics Centre according to the guidelines for Indian Government websites.
