Rahul's directive to partymen

JAMMU, Feb 9: AICC president shri Rahul Gandhi has issued instructions to all party functionaries and senior leaders to not go to the press /media relating any party matter.
These instruments were given by the Congress President in a meeting of AICC General Secretaries and PCC presidents chaired by him in New Delhi today. He directed maintaing of media discipline by the party leaders and party functionaries, said an official handout of the party.
